 The China International Software Cooperation Conference (ChinaSoft) sponsored by related state ministries and commissions and Sichuan Provincial People’s Government and organized by Chengdu Municipal Government and Sichuan Economy and Information Technology Committee is to be held on Feb. 20-23, 2012 in Chengdu.
 In 2011, Chengdu won title of "Renowned Software City in China" officially, becoming the only city to win this honor in central and western regions of China. In 2012, at the moment of the 10th ChinaSoft, Chengdu will continue the construction of Renowned Software City in China, and vigorously promote the rapid development of software and information technology service industry.
 The ChinaSoft is a platform established by the government for fully showing the development of the software and information service industries of China, the world and Chengdu and realizing the exchange and communication between the local software enterprises of Chengdu and national and international famous software enterprises. Since 2003, ChinaSoft has been successively held for 9 times, and become the most influential software industry conference with the highest international level in West China. It plays a very important role in promoting the development of both national and international software and information service industries and making the local industry stronger.
