Project Brief Object location: Czestochowa city center. The area: 20 950 m2. The real estate consists of three properties with an area of:
10 689 m2, 6 975 m2, 3 286 m2. The area located in the city center, next to Jasna Góra parks, and the Mercure-Patria hotel. According to the spatial policy indicated area is a central zone under strict supervision from the Relic's Conservator/ constructions not exceeding 20 m vertically are accepted, including office and commercial objects of the sales area exceeding 2000 m2.
The project of the Congress and Exhibition Centre should provide the following:
1.A wide range of services pertaining to activities related to exhibition. The municipal exhibition area should be ca 2,000 m2.
2.The Centre should be able to host congresses and cultural events.
It should be complementary to conference-related services and
accommodation opportunities. The project should provide original functional solutions including a wide range of functions addressed to all age groups.The project should feature high architectural qualities corresponding to the architecture of the representative of
Naj?wi?tszej Maryi Panny Avenue and that of the Jasna Góra
Monastery. The Centre should intend to increase the attractiveness
of the city, and encourage people to visit the Centre. The
development project of Center should provide a 4-star hotel. The
project should provide easy access to the transportation system and
parking lots.
